Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with a lifelong passion for food, nutrition, and movement. I proudly consider myself a foodie—someone who loves exploring new flavors, cooking styles, and cuisines from a wide range of cultures and ethnic backgrounds. I believe food is meant to be both nourishing and enjoyable, and that balance is at the heart of my approach to nutrition.

My background in movement and exercise is just as diverse. I’ve participated in a wide variety of sports and activities including dance, yoga, soccer, swimming, softball and hiking. I even worked professionally as a dancer, an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of performance, fueling, and body awareness. Most recently, I stepped outside my comfort zone and began taking gymnastics for the first time ever as an adult—because growth, like health, is a lifelong journey.

I also have an extensive history of working with children and families, which led me to specialize in pediatric nutrition. In addition, I provide support in general nutrition, sports nutrition, and weight management, always with a focus on realistic, sustainable habits rather than restriction. My goal is to help individuals and families build a positive relationship with food, feel confident in their bodies, and fuel their lives in a way that supports both health and happiness.
